Terms & Conditions of Booking

By submitting a booking with Aston Parker Chauffeur Services (“Aston Parker”, “we”, “us”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any changes to the booking may result in additional charges.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change; however, cancellations affect our drivers’ ability to earn.

  • Free cancellation up until 12:00 midday on the day before the scheduled transfer.
  • Cancellations after midday the day before will be charged at 50% of the agreed fare.
  • Same-day cancellations will be charged at 100% of the agreed fare.

This policy is in place because once a driver has committed to a booking, they are unable to accept alternative work for that time period and therefore lose earnings.

3. Waiting Time

Drivers are booked for a specific agreed time. If the passenger is not ready at the agreed pickup time for any reason, waiting time may be charged.

  • Waiting time is charged at £30 per hour, or pro-rata for part hours.

Waiting time charges apply regardless of the cause of delay.

4. Delays, Flights & Journey Times

Aston Parker accepts no responsibility for missed flights, connections, or appointments due to traffic delays, accidents, weather conditions, road closures, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Passengers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for their journey. If you are unsure about journey times, please contact us for advice prior to booking.

5. Airport & Seaport Pick-Ups

  • £10 surcharge applies to all airport pickups (includes parking and meet-and-greet service).
  • £5 surcharge applies to all seaport pickups.

6. Additional Pickups

  • A charge of £5 applies for each additional local pickup location added to the journey.

7. Night-Shift & Unsociable Hours Surcharge

A night-shift surcharge applies to all pickups scheduled between 22:00 and 05:00:

  • 22:00 – 22:59: £10
  • 23:00 – 23:59: £20
  • 00:00 – 02:59: £30
  • 03:00 – 03:59: £20
  • 04:00 – 04:59: £10

These charges reflect unsociable working hours for our drivers.

8. Soilage & Vehicle Damage

Aston Parker operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding vehicle cleanliness.

  • A £100 soilage charge will be applied if a passenger vomits or soils the vehicle in any way.
  • This charge covers loss of earnings and the cost of a full interior valet.

Failure to pay a soilage charge or leaving the scene without settling payment is a criminal offence under Private Hire Vehicle regulations and may be reported accordingly.

9. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times. We reserve the right to terminate a journey without refund if passenger behaviour is deemed unsafe, illegal, or abusive.

10. Luggage & Personal Belongings 

Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage fits safely within the vehicle booked. Aston Parker accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

11. Amendments to Terms

Aston Parker reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply.

12. Agreement

By ticking the box and submitting your booking, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
